My leadership style is built on the conviction that lasting change only happens together. I don't lead from behind a desk — I'm right in the middle of the team, listening, involving, and taking responsibility. When I make a commitment, I keep it. A handshake is not just a gesture for me — it's the foundation of every collaboration.
